The French national federation announced a list of 24 players, selected by men’s national team head coach Laurent Tillie to start preparations for the upcoming 2021 FIVB Volleyball Nations League in Italy and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in Japan, and 26-year-old opposite Stephen Boyer, who skipped the team’s last official competition for personal reasons, is back on the roster.

Two more players, who were absent from the Europe’s Tokyo qualification tournament in January 2020 because of injuries, outside hitters Trevor Clevenot and Thibault Rossard, are also part of Tillie’s selection.

The team is scheduled to make the trip to Rimini and enter the VNL security ‘bubble’ on May 24, four days ahead of the first competition day.
